We work with an incredible group of freight forwarders to make sure the precious product we worked so hard to create is given close attention from the time it leaves the factory or port until it reaches the warehouse. Below is a list of what happens during the Logistics Phase.

If you would like for us to facilitate your fulfillment needs, we have relationships with third party partners depending on your location or preference. This is considered an add-on service and not included in the cost per unit. It's one less tedious part of a product-based business that we are happy to take off of your to-do list.
Trust - it's the foundation of any good relationship and that's what we aim to have with our vendors and clients. We maintain full transparency every step of the way. Our client portal gives you full back-end access to all project information - this includes spreadsheets with status updates, cost analysis sheets, project proofs, purchase orders, billing, and project files.
Our cost analysis sheet lists all associated costs that go into the unit cost and can also be used as a tool for determining your COGs and margins. We don't send over billable hours at the end of the month or require a contract with a monthly service fee, the cost to hire us as your product team is included in your unit price.
We also have relationships with third party warehouse and distribution centers if you are interested in hiring The Product Folk to handle your warehousing and fulfillment operations. This service is billed separately.

With 10+ years of combined experience working in a home decor buying office, stationery and gift brand, fragrance brand and working with various influencer brands with product sold in specialty boutiques and national retailers like Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Target and others, our founder decided to create a place where creativepreneurs can design their best life AND bring great product to the marketplace.
